This project was originally designed as a featured showcase for a home expo, in collaboration with a trusted repeat builder client. The main goal of this Mediterranean style home was to create a seamless, open layout while navigating the constraints of a compact suburban lot. The master suite was crafted to maximize privacy, featuring a separate dressing area that serves as a buffer between the bedroom and bathroom.
Designed with a family in mind, the home includes multiple children’s rooms and a game room upstairs. Mediterranean design cues shaped the exterior, including roof detailing, window sizing, and placement.
